নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলী | আকসানোভা টেক সলিউশন

১) ক্রয়-বিক্রয় নীতিমালা

• আকসানোভা টেক সলিউশন গ্রাহকদের চাহিদা অনুযায়ী ওয়েবসাইট, সফটওয়্যার, ই-কমার্স এবং আইটি সেবা প্রদান করে।
• সকল অর্ডার ইমেইল, মেসেজ বা চুক্তিপত্রের মাধ্যমে নিশ্চিত করা হয়।
• নির্ধারিত অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট ছাড়া কোনো প্রজেক্টের কাজ শুরু করা হয় না।

২) ডেলিভারির সময়সীমা

• ছোট প্রজেক্ট: সাধারণত ৭–১৫ কার্যদিবস।
• বড় প্রজেক্ট: সাধারণত ৩০–৯০ কার্যদিবস।
• ক্লায়েন্টের পক্ষ থেকে তথ্য দিতে দেরি হলে ডেলিভারি বিলম্বের জন্য কর্তৃপক্ষ দায়ী থাকবে না।

৩) রিফান্ড বা মূল্য ফেরত নীতি

• কাজ শুরু হওয়ার পর প্রদানকৃত অগ্রিম অর্থ অফেরতযোগ্য।
• বিশেষ পরিস্থিতিতে ম্যানেজমেন্ট আংশিক রিফান্ড বিবেচনা করতে পারে।

৪) পণ্য বা সেবা ফেরত

• ডিজিটাল সেবা হওয়ায় ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হওয়া প্রজেক্ট ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
• কারিগরি সমস্যায় নির্ধারিত সাপোর্ট পিরিয়ডের মধ্যে সমাধান দেওয়া হবে।

৫) বিক্রয় পরবর্তী সেবা

• চুক্তিতে উল্লেখিত সময় পর্যন্ত বিনামূল্যে টেকনিক্যাল সাপোর্ট দেওয়া হবে।
• পরবর্তী আপডেট বা মেইনটেন্যান্সের জন্য আলাদা চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে।

৬) মালিকানা ও পরিবর্তন

• সম্পূর্ণ পেমেন্ট পরিশোধের পর কোড ও ডিজাইনের মালিকানা হস্তান্তর করা হবে।
• যেকোনো সময় শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তনের অধিকার আকসানোভা টেক সলিউশন সংরক্ষণ করে।

TERMS & CONDITIONS | AQSANOVA TECH SOLUTION

1) PURCHASE AND SERVICE POLICY

• Aqsanova Tech Solution provides website development, software development, e-commerce solutions, ERP systems, digital marketing, and other IT services tailored to client requirements.
• All orders are confirmed through written approval via Email, Message, or a formal Agreement.
• No project work will commence without the required advance payment.
• Pricing and the scope of services will be determined as per the official proposal provided to the client.

2) DELIVERY TIMELINE

• Delivery time is determined based on the type and complexity of the project.
• Small Projects: Generally completed within 7–15 working days.
• Large Projects: Generally completed within 30–90 working days.
• Aqsanova Tech Solution will not be held responsible for delays caused by the client’s late submission of required information or assets.

3) REFUND POLICY

• Advance payments are non-refundable once the digital service or project development has commenced.
• In exceptional circumstances, management may consider a partial refund at its sole discretion.

4) PRODUCT / SERVICE RETURN

• Since we provide digital products and services, delivered software, websites, or digital assets are non-returnable.
• In case of technical issues, free support will be provided within the agreed-upon support period.

5) AFTER-SALES SERVICE

• Free support will be provided for the period specified in the contract.
• Additional maintenance or features will be provided under a separate service agreement.

6) OWNERSHIP AND MODIFICATIONS

• Ownership of all content and code will be transferred to the client only after completion of full payment.
• Aqsanova Tech Solution reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
